Reeths-Puffer Rockets Varsity Grabs Lead In Sixth Inning To Defeat Holland
Reeths-Puffer Rockets Varsity stole the lead late in the game in a 6-5 victory over Holland on Wednesday. The game was tied at five with Reeths-Puffer Rockets Varsity batting in the top of the sixth when Jason Ledford singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.
Reeths-Puffer Rockets Varsity earned the victory despite allowing Holland to score three runs in the fourth inning. Holland’s big inning was driven by a single by #30, a groundout by #10, and a double by #1.
Reeths-Puffer Rockets Varsity opened up scoring in the first inning, when Kobe Schalk singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run.
